Our manufactured 32 teeth perfume bottle valve crimping machine works with precision in its specified application. The machine is used for crimping perfume bottles . Simple in design and structure, the machine to use of which the cap to be crimped with the valve is placed on the mouth of the filled bottles. The height can be set and adjusted as per the height of the bottle and then the handle is pressed after which the Crimping get done.using the process, any bottle may be crimped but the Crimping Collet should be designed according to its size. Joint Feed Applicators are meant for Joint type crimping.Joint terminals are used to join wire to wire. These terminals appear as Side Feed but are used used in End Feed fashion in this specially designed applicator. For thicker terminals we have a option of screw type adaptor which is more roubust and stable. The cutter detaches the carrier automatically and there is sufficient space for the operator to place his hands on both the sides of the crimper.

Digital Crimping Press RTF-2 is the most standard model of the range of Crimping Presses manufactured by CIC . This can be used for crimping terminals with wires in White Goods industry and also in Automobile Industry (that is for very small and normal terminals)
Almost all the major wiring harness manufacturers in White Goods and in the Automobile industry have patronised this product and are using it trouble free from past many years.
Customer is free use any type of applicator with this press. He can either use CIC type applicators or we can modify/adapt the press to suit the applicators the customer is having.

If there is more production required, and if it is more human labour available, then also this machine is suitable. Machine type is Manual operated and it is very simple to operate. Bottle with cap, to be crimped has to be placed under the crimping tool, where a spring loaded Platform is provided with spring load. A hand operating lever is given for actuating the tool over the bottle. The tool covers the cap and a pulling action of the tool is occurring during pressing the handle. This causes the perfect crimping of caps to the bottle. Height of crimping head according to the height of Bottle can be adjusted by loosening the side lever and slide the head over the pillar upwards or downwards.
