ACME Single Facer Corrugating Machinery enhances the production of superior quality corrugated sheets or rolls in a faster & cost economic manner. Advanced designing feature of the machines enables the manufacturer to produce corrugated products from different grades of paper. A motorized loading reel stand is attached with double arm lifting and twin unwinding shafts for paper reels. The hand wheels is also attached to the upper corrugating roll. This provides adjustment flexibility for pressure at different settings

Speed: All the machines are running approx.25 to 30 strokes per minutes. Minimum distance between two slots is 4" (10 cms). Maximum distance between slot at one end & 'L' shape corner cutting at other end is about 5" less than the size of the machine.
The next operation after creasing will be slotting in the corrugated board for making the box. The machine is provided with three slots and one L cutting. The Eccentric Slotting machine is ideal for slotting on both sides with L shaped cutting. The bottom portion (female knives) are moving on rack and can make the adjustment as per our requirement. The gauge is provided on the table and on the knives for the required depth. One steering wheel is also provided to operate by hand to check the proper adjustment. Oil cups are provided for lubrication. Safety guards are also provided.

Our range of single face corrugating machine vertical type is used to form corrugated board. It consists of a set of corrugating rolls with heating arrangements and glue applicator rolls. To successfully operate it, one kraft liner paper and corrugated paper are fed into the machine. Before the medium paper enter the corrugating rolls, the later will be heated using heating arrangement fitted therein to produce a surface temperature of 320-3400 F. These roll will heat the corrugating medium when it comes in their contact. This heat treatment makes the paper soft and pliable so that uniform flutings are produced. On leaving the corrugating rolls, the corrugating medium comes out to meet a glue applicator roll, which applies adhesive to tips of flutes formed by the roll. Immediately after the application of glue, the first liner is brought into contact with the glued tips and than would in roll. The resulting board is known as single face corrugated.
