Our compact band filter is designed for coolant filtration of fluids. The filter paper is held between a pair of sealing discs and a permeable support belt. The fluid when passed through the filter paper leaves the dirt on it, which receives finer filtration. Its mounted on the tank and lets the filtered fluid in the tank. When the filter paper chokes, the fluid level above the filter paper rises. This activates a level switch, starting a drive coupled with the rollers, supporting the permeable support belt. This ejects part of the dirty filter paper & dirt to the bin, further pulling in clean filter paper from the roll. This is highly beneficial in the filtration of coolants in grinding, honing, gun drilling & component washing applications.

Our mesh drum filters are mainly gravity filters. These drum filters are mainly used for aluminum chips that take more time to settle down. In normal chip conveyor aluminum chips can overflow along with fluid in to the clean tank. So as to handle this problem, mesh type drum filters have been developed.
In mesh drum filters, the drum is rotated along with the conveyor. The drum is covered with fine filter mesh (Stainless steel or Nylon) and it rotates along with the conveyor. Fine particles sticks to the filter media and these particles are back washed with the help of pressurized fluid to avoid clogging of the filter media. It comes in a wide range of flow rates.

For very high precision grinding, honning, broaching or lapping operation addition paper band filter is recommended along with coolant magnet. Use of paper band filter takes care of fine non ferrous particles which are also present in minute quantities in the coolant liquid. The coolant magnet is housed above the paper band filter and liquid free from ferrous impurities fall on filter paper. The process is fully automatic and consumption of filter paper is negligible vis-a-vis the machine performance.
Normally coolant magnetic separator are made in following standard sizes. Machines up to 500 liters per minute capacities can also be manufactured against requirement.

Working
In this filter the filter paper is held between a pair of sealing discs & a permeable support belt. Dirty fluid is dropped in the trough formed with filter paper at the bottom. The fluid passes through the filter paper leaving the dirt on it. The layer of dirt gathered on the filter paper achieves finer filtration. The filter is mounted directly on top of the tank, letting clean fluid in the tank.

These are widely used for removal of fine iron impurities from lubricants, liquid chemicals , slurries, coolants liquid pharma / food products. This can be installed in a process line along the passage of fluid flow. High intensity magnetic candles are installed inside the S.S 304 / 316 Housing capable of arresting fine iron particles from flowing material. Flowing material is made to travel around full magnetic field region of candles for effective arrest of iron particles. Magnetic filters can be designed for required flow rate considering type of the material to allow flow of product under some pressure. All filter shells are hydraulically tested to check the leakage at joints and sealing points.

Our qualitative wedge wire type cleaning filters is a pressure filter. The coolant from semi clean coolant pump is passed to self-cleaning filter. This filter works on differential pressure created across the filter. Filter media is cleaned automatically when differential pressure reaches 1 bar.
The wedge wire screen having the slit size of 200 microns is used in this filter to give effective filtration of 50 to 70 microns when differential pressure reaches to 1 bar. Flow direction is from in to out through filter media. All the sludge is collected on inner surface of the wedge wire screen. There is motorized scraping system mounted on the center shaft to wipe out sludge from inner surface. Further cleaning takes place with pressurized incoming coolant when drain line of the filter is opened up to atmospheric pressure with help of the pneumatically operated drain valve. Paper Band Filter
These filters are gravity filters wherein the filter paper is laid on the conveyor. The fluid that comes from machine is dropped on the filter paper. The sludge mixed in the fluid starts accumulating on the filter paper & creates resistance for fluid flow through the filter paper. This results in accumulating fluid on filter paper & level increases on the filter paper. This level senses the sensor to index the filter paper. Geared drive helps in indexing the filter paper with slow speed & avoid wastage of paper. This comes in various sizes to suit the different flow rates.

Our pneumatic vacuum filters are suitable for fine filtration of coolants used in rolling and wire drawing. Totally automatic in operation they offer a fine filtration using lesser filter paper.
Working
Vacuum filter body is placed at elevated height on clean fluid tank. Sealed cavity under filter paper is extended till low fluid level in the tank. A blower evacuates this cavity continuously.
A conveyor belt in the vacuum filter supports filter paper. A transfer pump lets dirty fluid above the filter paper. Vacuum under the filter paper sucks the fluid through, letting the dirt remain on top. Dirt layer formed on the filter paper facilitates finer filtration. Our self cleaning filters are suitable for roll coolant application. Positioned in line with mill feed pump they have no consumables and operate at a low cost. They can also be heated by steam heating the coils if required.
Working
Dirty fluid enters inside a cylindrical wedge wire screen, placed in a pressure vessel. Dirt remains inside the screen, letting clean fluid outside the vessel. When pressure drop reaches a pre-set value, drive starts rotating a scraper blade inside the screen. Low pressure pocket near scraper lets dirt collected to an actuated filter drain.
