JRD HEC series are state-of-the-art, Vertical, Hydraulic, PLC Controlled 'C' Frame Transfer Moulding Machines (25 & 50 tons). These C frame presses are fitted with exclusive deflection protection which assures perfect partingline parallelism. They are designed with a 'C' frame type clamp for unobstructed loading of inserts or extrusions and ease of removing moulded parts. The open side clamp allows work pieces to extend to right and left of machine for moulding or encapsulation. These presses are ideal for moulding corners of weather strippings/profiles, gaskets, insert moulded objects & other hard to handle inserts. They are also used for precision moulding of encapsulated electronics, medical products, insert moulded plugs & connectors and many other applications.

Frame type compression molding press is compact in design, single body, easy operation suitable for moulding of rubber fibre, urea malemine etc. It is having the long slide guide with lubrication system for better accuracy.
We offer hydraulic presses for compression moulding maximum 600 tons and in higher capacities as per customer requirements. these presses are made out of tested materials, press frame is made out of tested ms plates, stress relieved after fabrication and machined for accuracy, hydraulic cylinders are made out of tested ms seamless pipes, ram is made out of carbon steels, imported seals are used in the hydraulic cylinder, reputed make hydraulic pumps and valves are used in the hydraulic system, shell and tube heat exchanger is provided in the hydraulic system to avoid temperature rise of hydraulic oil.electrical control panel with relays, is provided for manual operation of the press..platens either electrically heated type with digital temperature controllers.
