Black - This Master Batch made of high grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/SABIC), with Carbon Black (Cabot) which is used in this Master Batch, is of very fine grade (required as per ISI Specifications) and is having very high jetness. Imported Polyethylene Wax (BASF) is used as dispersing agents, to give excellent dispersion, with Antioxidants.
White - This Master Batch made of hi grade LDPE/LLDPE polymer (Reliance/IPCL), with Imported Titanium Di-Oxide R – 104 of DuPont, which gives excellent properties to the Masterbatch such as gloss and high opacity. Electrical charges can form on the surface of plastic products during mold release, the winding of film and transportation of components. The accumulation of this surface charge can have serious consequences. Electro static discharge can cause fire or explosions and damage to sensitive electrical components. It can increase problems with the handling of goods and cause unattractive dust buildup on clear plastic articles. Addition levels vary from 3-5% higher levels may be needed in more crystalline polymers such as HDPE.
