Description:
Decoiler and Cars:decoilers have capacities ranging from 3 tons to 20tons. and widths ranging from 200mm to 1600mm.
The design of our reels incorporates a unique"bearing tube"with dual cup and cone Timken bearings to the mandrel and a heavy duty cabinet base. Both motorized and pull-off type reels are available, depending on the application. Single-end configurations are provided as standard, and Double-ended configurations can be provided to optimize production efficiency by lowering the coil changeover time. Most models are available as Traveling Reels that can be combined with automatic centering functions.
Coil handling accessory options include traveling coil cars, coil lift stations, traveling upenders, coil storage racks and turnstiles. Continuous coiler is used to get the non-stop production in a wire drawing plant. This machine can be fitted just adjacent to the final block of the wire drawing plant. Wire end from the final block is taken to the continuous coiler. This machine has a stationary block on which is cast in the form of a dead coil. Thus continuous coiler unwinds the wire from immediately preceding block to give a dead cast coil. The coil can be cut to any desired size and taken out for further production without stopping the machine, which results in higher production.
