Micro Coil Heaters are hygroscopic in nature due to Mgo contents. if kept unused for longer period, there is moisture deposition on the terminals. therefore we recommend you to de-moisturize the heater prior to installation by heating them at 100-200 C in an oven for approximately 1 to 2 hours or use controllers with soft start function. This will help evaporate any moisture present inside.
