We are also one of the few counted names to offer CNC vertical turning centers of sizes ranging from 450 dia onwards up to 1000 dia.
Featured with long working life, it consists of cross slide that is fixed with the turret slide moving 600 mm for machining components up to 600 mm in height. The drive consists of pair of pulleys and poly ‘V’ belt for smaller machines up to 600 dia which can work up to 1000 rpm and through a reduction gear arrangement for bigger machines with a maximum rpm of 300.
It also contain A2 11 size spindle, which is housed in preloaded double taper roller bearings and can deliver up to 22 Kw power. The ‘X’ and ‘Z’ axis slides are on LM guide ways for smaller machines and turcite coated guide ways for the bigger machines.

2. Single cColumn Fixed Table Vertical Spindle.

The minimum X axis travel offered on these machines is 2000 mm and the maximum 6000 mm.
These machines can be fitted with various accessories like ATC, Rotary table ,Throgh tool coolant etc, and the table width for single column upto 750 mm and for double column upto 2000 mm.
