We use water proof commercial ply made of teak wood to fabricate sturdy air shower. The external surface is made of laminated sheets and the surface of air plenum is coated with synthetic rubber paint over suitable primer base.
Aluminium or PVC mat flooring is used for plat form. Its sturdy doors are made of 6 mm clear glass and aluminium pipe and are provided with automatic door closures & manual locks. It can retain particles up to 10 to 15 micron and has efficiency of 90% with a pressure drop 6 MM WG.

We design our laminar air flow benches as per class 100 cleanliness for flushing very minute particles. The size specifications of the particles, which can be flushed both in their rest & dynamic conditions by our benches are as follows:

Equipment is used for dispensing of powder & chemicals to minimize the risk of contaminating of the work area & ensures the health for working person under the laminar air flow. The equipment is based on 3 level of filtrations of air circulation.
