The vertical face magnetic chip conveyors we manufacture are used where the iron chips go with coolant and are gathered down at the location that are not convenient. The magnetic conveyer is enclosed and can be lowered in the sump. The chips are composed outside in a drum or trolley. The top surface of the conveyer is manufactured using premium grade stainless steel that ensures constant wear and tear. These high intensity magnets moves inside that brings all the ferrous impurities out. The conveyor is available in various widths and heights that can be accommodated in any machine such as broaching machine, bobbing machine and allied special purpose machines.

These are pressed in extra heavy duty sheet and minimum friction and noise free operation due to perfect guiding of rollers ensures minimum. These are compact in size and occupy small space but due to extra chip space can handle large volume of chips. The continuous operation ensures least machine down time and minimum labor.

The UDLY compact band filter is a pioniering development in band filter technology. The unique filter has no relative movement between the conveyor, filter paper, wheels and sludge drivers. Even large amounts of dirt and shavings cannot damage the filter paper. The system requires up to 80 % less space than a flat-band filter without any sacrifice in terms of filtration output and, indeed, with greater cleaning efficiency.
Principle
A continuous sturdy metal-jointed band conveyor is fitted to form a half-shell between two rotating disc wheels. The loop formed by the wheels is 180°. The conveyor is driven by a geared motor connected to a drive shaft. The filter paper is inserted between the tensioned conveyor and the wheels. The filtration tank is sealed on all sides.
