The change over switch we offer to clients are used to connect or disconnect a circuit. These switches are capable of making, carrying and breaking current under normal and abnormal conditions. Our switch are compact in size and are available to clients in following varieties:

It is designed to monitor (& to start generator / remote generator control panel automatically) the mains source and upon partial or full failure of the source / mains supply. The control panel will provide a volt free contact output, to give a start signal to the remote generator control panel to enable automatic start of the generator. On sensing that the generator is running at correct output, the transfer switch will motor from the mains position to generator position, thereby transferring the site load. On return of the mains source and after a time delay to allow for the mains to stabilize.

Normally any Machines (or) Equipments like A/C’s, UPS, Lifts, Motors 3 Phase incoming supply to be given in a right sequence, i.e(R,Y,B,). The Phase angle of 120o between the phases R,Y,B os to be maintained to run 3 phase Motors. If the sequence is changed instead of R, Y,B to R,B,Y the motor tends to rotate in the reverse direction. If the sequence is changed for loads like 3 phase A/C’s, UPS’s and Lifts they will stop working due to the inbuilt sequence protection feature. Only when the input sequence is changed manually, they starts functioning. In the case of 3 Phase UPS, due to working sequence, the input supply will be cut and the starts working in the battery mode resulting in discharge of battery.
