Polyurethane is a specification molder of castable polyurethanes. Polyurethane molders open by methods such as compression, transfer, pressure and centrifugal cast molding. A wide range of this product are available in various specifications.
We offer Polyurethane that are made using tough, crack-resistant, and abrasion-resistant polyurethane, which lasts significantly longer than conventional rubbers and plastics. We provide custom diameters, lengths, hardness, and colors with little or no tooling costs.
Polyurethane Shapes: Standard hardness (durometer): 60A, 70A, 80A, 90A
Rod tolerances: (3/8" to 2") +0.063 / -0.010"; (2-1/4" to 6") +0.125 / -0.010"
Sheet thickness tolerance: ±0.030"
Custom sizes: up to 13" thickness, 55" width, and 138" length
Standard color: natural

We offer anti-abrasive cast Polyurethane, which is used as a resilience polymer. These are applicable in sheet tubes and molded components, rods,sheets and mallets. It has the excellent resistance properties of chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical. Thus, these are suitable different industrial usages such as in guides & grippers, scrappers, castor wheel, buffers, mining screens, cones, friction pads, slurry tube and seal. According to the size, shape and applications of the customers, our material can be molded, extruded, or casted into various products. Our cast polyurethane products are available in the form of stock-shapes such as rectangular, round, square bars, blocks, sheets, trolley wheels, rollers, pads and in finished machined & molded components in varieties of colours. We can offer these items as per the clients’ requirements & specifications.
