We offer our clients with camlock couplings which provides rapid connection and disconnection between hose and pipelines in any fluid transfer system. The camlock couplings have major components, namely coupler and adapter. These couplers and adapters can be screwed or welded on to the ends of the hose/pipeline. Then, a connection is made by inserting the adapter into the coupler by pressing down (closing) the cam arms of the coupler. The cams engage into the groove in the adapter forcing the adapter against the gasket in the coupler to form a seal.

A Camlock Coupling is infact, a means of quick engaging or disengaging a hose connection from a system requiring transfer of fluid or gas.
It consists of a Coupler with Cam Arms and a slip-in Adaptor. In order to connect, the arms of the Coupler need to be lifted and the Adaptor slipped into the Coupler. The handles are then pressed down with normal hand pressure.
Camlock Couplings generally conform to US Military Specifications, MIL-C-27487. This ensures inter-change ability , quality and standardization of the product. The couplers & Adaptors are available in stainless steel in different configurations: With Male or Female Threads ( BSP,BSPT or NPT) With Flanged or Weld Ends. Sizes: 13mm to 100mm ( 1/2" to 4").
