The product is used for the calendaring the pure cotton fabrics, chemical fabrics, chemical fibre, bast fibre, wool spinning and blended fabrics: it is also used for the roll compacting of building material, plastic packing material and paper. If furnished with schreinering and embossing roller, it can also be used for the after – finish of schreinering and embossing.

Plate Calendaring Presses with 7 to 21 rolls for 4 mm to 30mm thickness plates are designed for straightening plates/sheets used for electric panels, railway wagons, ships, etc. Hydraulic cylinders are provided to give pressing force of 10 to 250 T, depending up on the plate thickness and machine capacity. Both the top and bottom rolls are driven at the same speed through heavy duty gearbox.

Simpletec plate calendaring presses with 7 to 21 rolls for 4 mm to 30mm thickness plates are specifically designed for straightening plates/sheets. These are used for electric panels, railway wagons, ships etc. Our range is provided with hydraulic cylinders to give pressing force of 10 to 250 T that depends upon the thickness of plates and machine capacity. Sturdily constructed, both the top and bottom rolls are driven at the same speed through heavy duty gearbox.
