These channel nuts are cold pressed tapped so that the teeth of the nuts perform a ‘BITTING’ action into the in-turned edges of the channel sections. We are dealing in Cable Ties, Cable Mounts & Accessories Etc over 100 types in Nylon 66 and Steel from 100 mm to 500 mm. In addition to this we are dealing in related wiring accessories like Wiring Ducts, Cable Markers, Cable Clamps & Tie Mounts etc.
We manufactured the Conductor Accessories Upto 132kV line. These accessories are used to connect two parrel Connectors by accommodating one in each groove and the Conductors may be similar or dis-similer. All these Clamps are made of Alluminium Alloy castings or Forgings or extrusions and provided 1.2KN (minimum) slip strength. The electrical power rating is not less than that of the conductors. The range of Conductors are as follows: 1. Mid Span Joints for Conductor. 2. Repair Sleeves for Conductors. 3. Jointing Sleeves for Conductors. 4. Preformed Armour Rods for Conductors. 5. Vibration Dampers for Conductors.
We have introduced CABLE CONDUIT CLAMPS from Pune plant, also known as cable clamps which are widely being used in Wiring Harness mounting.
ARMOUR-GRIP SUSPENSION UNIT is used as an alternative to suspension clamps, used alone or with Armour Rods, on support locations. These units are superior to its other alternatives owing to better protection from bending strains, compressive stress and abrasion. These units can be used to repair fatigue damaged conductors also and can be applied over existing Armour Rod to extend life of conductors. They can be used normally up to 300 line angle and for up to 600 angles double units should be used. These units develop slip strength of 10% to 20% of UTS of conductor.
SUSPENSION CLAMPS ENVELOP DESIGN:
GEM offers complete range of envelop design clamp from 6mm dia to 55mm diameter conductor. Clamp bodies and keeper pieces are cast in high strength copper free Al-Si Alloy and are also made in other alloys, heat-treated depending upon strength requirement.
