We design & develop new-generation double bakers that are attached with sixteen hot plates & cooling units. The function of the hot plates is to dry the glue spread on the corrugated board. On the other hand, cooling units are also attached with rollers that press the board & provide it the required finish. The felts that are present in the machinery can be moved from the surface of the hot plates while drying. This enhances the durability & functionality of the felts.
The last and final operation before dispatch is of stitching. Box stitching machine is most useful in the box factory. The parts are standardized and are interchangeable.
