The unit can be mounted on a “L” shaped bracket or boring back rest or even on a planers. Vertical Slide is a useful item for every workshop as a boring attachment on lathe. It consists of a table which moves vertically on a column, the movement being guided by a hardened & ground steel tennon.
The table can be clamped in any position by two levers at the back. There are 'T' slots provided on the table for clamping of components. The column & table are made of high grade heavy duty cast iron with brinnel hardness of 180 & above.
They are machined and hand scraped to close tolerances for smooth and trouble free movement. It can be mounted on the cross slide of the lathe either facing the spindle or parallel to the spindle and components can be clamped on the Vertical Slide Table.
