Bitumen sprayers manufactured by atlas are highly efficient in
spraying it has a 25 hp kirloskar make diesel engine to drive bitumen
pump and a standard ingersoll rand compressor.
The
spraying width is 2.4 to 4.5 meters with a total of 19 high efficient
spraying nozzles ensuring a superior and uniform spraying spraying
nozzles are operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The
pipe line is arranged to ensure proper flow of materials through
gravity and to ensures less hazzles in cleaning a filter is assembled
in the spraying line to ensure proper cleaning.
A
digital tachometer is provided to monitor the spraying of bitumen. A
relief valve provided with bitumen pump ensures no clogging of
bitumen.
