Class I Bio Safety Cabinet is defined as a totally enclosed, ventilated unit of airtight constructions. The front panel can be opened, allowing room air to enter the cabinet, sweep the inner surfaces, and exhaust-out through the duct. A front sash with glove ports may be installed. If glove are installed, air is drawn through a secondary opening equipped with a primary filter. A laboratory hood could be considered a class I BSC, the exhausted air is passed through HEPA filter before released in to the atmosphere. The Cabinet unit is maintained under negative pressure.

We offer precision engineered bio cabinets that are fabricated from stainless steel and GI. Its PU coated construction and Stainless steel lining on inner side makes it corrosion resistant and hard wearing. It is provided with heap filters that are available in Minipleate type. To monitor the differential pressure, it consists of low pressure gauges and has UV & Illumination tubes in working chamber. Blowers, illumination and UV are operated by feather touch control switch and indicator.
Differential pressure is monitored through specially designed low-pressure gauges. Working chamber is provided with UV & Illumination tubes. Velocity of airflow to the work zone creates an ultra-clean environment for product protection, where the remaining exhaust air is discharged out.
An internal blower draws sufficient room air through the front grille to maintain a minimum calculated or measured average inflow velocity of at least 75 lfpm at the face opening of the cabinet. The supply air flows through a HEPA filter and provides particulate-free air to the work surface. Bio-cleanair Class III biological safety cabinet was designed for work with Microbiological agents assigned to biosafety level 4, and provides maximum protection To the environment and the worker. Access for passage of materials into the cabinet is through a double-door pass-through box that can be decontaminated between uses. Both supply and exhaust air are HEPA filtered. The exhaust air must pass through the Two HEPA Filters, or a HEPA filtered and an air incinerator, before discharge to the outdoors. Airflow is maintained by a dedicated independent exhaust exterior to the cabinet, which keeps the cabinet under negative pressure.
