The Bellow Seal Valve body comes in cast or forged construction to suit the clients’ requirements. Spindle with bellow assembly is easily replaceable and easy to maintain. Gland packing available as standard in addition to bellow, to arrest any gland leakage in the event of bellow damage. Wide choice of bellow materials is offered including Inconnel, Hastalloy, Monel, etc. The Bellow Seal Valve is equipped with external pressurization of the bellow, leading to longer bellow life, while the welding of bellow is done under the most stringent conditions. Bellows are selected for higher stroke length than necessary and ensures longer life of bellows. Temperature compensation is considered as standard, during sizing and selection of bellows and Helium leak test, cyclic test, radiography, etc. can be done on request.
