Concrete batching plants are available in capacities of 30 ms / hr. They consists of an aggregate feeder, a pan mixer and hoppers for accurate weighing of aggregates sand. High sensitive load cell for batch accuracy is used in concrete batching plants which give precision with each load.

We manufacture hydraulic batching stations for textile processing. Upto 6 trolleys can be operated in each station. It is provided with hydraulic Motors for rotating cloth rolls in each and every processing operations and also the speed of the rotation of the processing roll can be adjusted. RM-1050 is a reversible mini concrete batching plant with capacity as
15 per hour. The
plant has got three load cell cells for three bins for individual
measuring of cement gravel and sand there is also a single load cell
mounted beneath the water tank to measure water quantity.
The
entire operation is by a control panel board and that the machine
also has a one hand operated pump to lubricate is
