Backed by our industrial expertise, we are designing and manufacturing precision engineered powder coating oven. Superior grade raw material including MS plates, channels, flats & SS sheets is used to manufacture the oven. We fabricate drying ovens in batch type models. These have fans for circulation of hot air and a tray of 16" x 32" x 1.25" for the materials. The heating is conducted by both electric and steam method. Its structure is made of insulated glass wool, driven by electrical fan. Around 12, 24, 50,100, 200 trays can be put in the oven, with upto 25 trays on a single shelf. Construction in GMP Model in S.S. 316/304, M.S. etc.

The furnace with air circulation is also suitable for use with baskets, pallets as well as mobile oven racks. To enhance drying process, the batch oven has manually adjustable air inlet and exhaust air vent.
