We design and engineer high precision bi metallic band saw blades for re-sharpening. We manufacture special blades of 3000 mm. for Saw Machine of 150 diameter. We also make saw blades of 3500 mm. diameter for Horizontal Metal Cutting Band Saw Machine with 250 diameter and saw blades of measurement 3500 mm. for the Vertical Metal Cutting Band Saw Machine.
Bi- Metal Band Saw Blades: The Bi Metal band saw blades are used for cutting metal and other non-ferrous kind of steel of various sizes and qualities. The available range of dimension width 6.0 to 80.0 mm and thickness 0.6 to 1.6 mm and all sizes could be supplied either in coils and welded loops cut to the requested length on the sawing machine on which the blade is to be applied all sizes could be supplied with various toothing. The correct toothing depends upon the material to be cut. Band Saw Blade – M-42 –MAXI: Suitable for all steels with tensile strength upto 1400 N/MM2 (HRc – 44), toothing selection of endless welded M-42 Maxi.
