This semi-automatic oven unloader and stacker is designed to form part of a high-speed printing of coating line. The complete equipment comprises an extraction conveyor, a center conveyor and a sheet stacker, together with a built-in control panel. It is flattened by the adjustable rollers, and then coiled up by a chain drag,pre-moulded by a spring loaded sunmica laminated pressure board. The pressure board is adjustable by hand levers. The roller gap is adjustable from 0 to 25 mm. The moulding loaf length is 350 to 400 mm for dough pieces of 400 to 800 gms.
