Teknika autosynchroniser relay is used for paralleling of gensets by matching voltage, frequency, phase angle and zero crossover, internal settings for speed of closure (fst, medium, slow) and breaker close timings. Relay gives a breaker close signal and locks itself out preventing further commands. Raise/ lower signals for frequency and voltage can be used to increase/ decrease genset speed and AVR outpur voltage. Contacts changeover occurs on time out and an LED indication signals closure.

TE 700 series frequency relays are used for protection of sensitive equipment due to under or over frequency when the equipment is being supplied from a source whose frequency may be erratic. Can be used for tripping in case frequency goes above limit. A lower or higher than limit condition if persisting for more than 1 or 2 sec a contact changeover occurs and an LED on facia glows to indicate a trip condition. This can be used to trip the breaker/ supply. Two sets of changeover contacts are available. The relay is auto reset type.

TE 530 series of earth leakage relays are ideal for sensing over current faults in any or all phases for protection of AC Machines, Transformers, Generators etc. The relay monitors the current passing in any feeder secondary. The resultant current is digitally compared to the settable reference. Each phase has its independent setting. Timer starts on trip condition and is common for all three phases - a changeover occurs. Time must be set according to the system requirements. Two sets of changeover contact are available - common for all.
