manufactured these piston rings from impeccable quality Grey C.I.
Castings (Individual Casting), which contain the mixture of free and
combined carbons and enhance the working life of these piston rings.
Moreover, the extremely fine grain of these piston rings provides
high tension even at elevated temperatures of high-speed engines.
In order to achieve high abrasive wear,
hard chromium of these piston rings is electro-deposited on the
periphery of rings. Duaflex oil control rings are plated with
chromium on their fully radiused edges, which offer a wear resistance
wiping surface, free of sharp corners or cutting edges, which may

Our upset forgings also called hot heading which is a process by which the cross sectional size of a bar is increased either at an end or at some point along its length. It is done on specially designed upsetting machines using closed dies to control size and shape. We design and develop upset forgings such as axle, shafts as per buyer drawings and samples and also supply in machined condition after spline rolling & hobbing operations & Induction hardening.

We offer pitman arm, which is used on vehicles with conventional suspension systems and parallelogram steering. It is a linkage attached to the steering box sector shaft, that converts the angular motion of the sector shaft into the linear motion needed to steer the wheels. The Pitman arm is supported by the sector shaft and supports the drag link with a ball joint.
