We provide solutions of automation of oiling of components. Under this, we offer auto oiling unit which is demanded by bearing manufacturers. These are used to oil the inner and outer rings so as to prevent rings from corrosion.
Auto Feed Mechanism are specially desiged & developed as per customer requirement. These automation includes linear guide ways, ball screw & nut arrangements driven by either electrical geared motor or servo motor controlled through PLC. These auto feed Mechanism are used for deep hole drilling operation with wood pecking cycle that is essential to avoide chips cloging & drill breakage.

In Vertical decoring machine, the castings are hammered with an air
operated system (which are mounted vertically) to remove the sand. The decoring
device is housed completely inside a soundproof booth equipped with sliding door
for casting load/ unload. The frame that support the castings consists of a
steel structure with specific locator ( Fixture) & dampened clamping system.
The decored sand is collected in the lower part of the machine in
trolley.
This machine is used for decoring aluminium castings like cylinder
heads, engine blocks, intake manifolds etc. This is the most economic method of
decoring.
