We provide a wide assortment of servo stabilizers in both unbalanced and balanced type with input voltage of 160-260/ 170V-270V. The unbalanced type is available in 310-460kv voltage while the balanced type comes in the out put voltage of 220-230 kvs. Our range is manufactured using fully solid state conical circuit.
We manufacture precisely engineered three phase servo voltage stablizer which essentially has a solid state circuit to control the servo motor. The motor is mechanically attached to the arm of a continuously variable auto transformer which feeds to the primary of a series control buckboost transformer. The stablizer output voltage is compared with the reference voltage and the resultant error signal controls the Servo Motor providing true proportional control systems rather than on/ off circuits.

RECONS automatic voltage stabilizers are auto wound transformers having helical coils mounted on a conventional laminated core. Carbon Rollers assembled on a fiber glass carrier board traverse the length of the Coil Track. These rollers are electrically connected to the output terminals and as they are driven over the track, a variable voltage is obtained.
Beneath the regulating coil a number of compensating winding are connected in parallel and short circuited to reduce the effect of core-flux ‘fringing’ and keeps the reactance of the regulator fairly constant at any position of the rolling contact. The SSVR is designed to operate totally maintenance free and for continuous duty. The static devices used are SCR i.e. Thyristors. The system is capable of withstanding the thermal and the dynamic stresses resulting from internal and external short circuits as well as switching operations. The topology of SSVR is based on the thyristors tap switching controlled by microcontroller. The SSVR normally uses auto transformer with taps for regulation but on a need base auto transformer can be replaced by isolation transformer with taps on secondary winding. Standard number of taps may vary from 4 to 7 regulation steps. For better regulated output more steps can be used the transformer taps are switched through SCRs.
