The unit is enclosed in an elegantly designed cabinet covered with SS Sheet. It is provided with two syringes fitted on either side of the cabinet. The syringes are designed with non-return valve to dispense accurate quantity liquids (accuracy ± 1 %). It is driven by ISI marked motor with suitable reduction Gear Box, Push Button Starter and 3 Step pulley to provide three different speeds 10, 15 & 18 strokes/head/ minute, i.e., 1000 to 2000 bottles/ hour. Our densified feeder single spout is essentially designed to fill in valve type bag. Material to be packed is forced by the impeller and filled in the bag through the spout. This feeder rotate at high speed resulting in fast filling i.e. higher output as compared to pneumatic filling. The material flowing through hose pipe is further assisted by an air jet during the filling operation. The pinching device pinches or opens the hose pipe to stop or allow the flow of material. Accurate weighing is done by precision load cell and electronic controller for accuracy and durability. Filling is automatically cut off by actuation of pinching device, once set point is achieved.
