The machine shall be fitted with series of different rollers. Initially about 16 nylon bristle rollers shall be fitted. On the top of these rollers shall be fitted sprinkle nozzles.First the fruits shall come in contact with cleansing chemical. This shall be sprayed on the fruits with the help of a suitable pump.
As the fruits travel further, the same shall come in contact with a heavy water jets spray. The purpose of this water spray shall be to remove the cleasing chemical from the surface of the fruits.
Next fruits shall come in contact with sponge rollers. The purpose of these sponge rollers shall be to remove / soak the water from the surface of the fruts. Under each sponge roller shall be fitted, an idler roller with scrapper. These idler roller shall be exerting the upward pressure on each sponge roller.
