The stainless steel autoclave is designed for quick and convenient sterilization of a range of instruments and glassware. Highly efficient and reliable to use, these autoclaves have features like built-in immersion heating element, thermostatic control and automatic release valves.
Made of thick 304 grade stainless steel deep drawn having twin safety system through weight type and spring safety valve which ensures perfect operation even if one malfunctions. Both gas and electric operated models are available. It conforms to IS: 8462 - 1979.

Autoclave, a strong steel vessel used for carrying out chemical reactions, sterilizations, etc., at high temperature and pressure. These industrial autoclaves used in the curing of concrete products and in the testing of hydraulic cement for soundness. Sant engineering made Vulcanizers are horizontal, circular vessels for curing of rubber articles. Uttam Make Vulcanizers are horizontal, circular vessels for curing of rubber articles. These are made in diameters ranging from 800mm to 2400mm and the length 1 meter to 12 meters depending upon the requirement of the users.
PRESSURE RATING : Uttam Vulcanisers are normally designed and built for a working steam pressure of 5 Kg/cm² and are tested hydraulically before despatch for a pressure of 7.5 Kg/cm².
DIRECT/INDIRECT HEATING : For direct steam curing single wall vulcanisers are standard supply, however for indirect curing coil-in-chamber type Vulcanisers can be supplied with cyclonic-fan motor for even temp. in vessel.
TYPES OF DOOR : Either swing-bolt type doors with mono-rail type retracting mechanism, sealed against leakage by asbestos ropes or quick-lock type design as shown in picture.
TEMPERATURE INDICATION : Temperature indicator shall be provided.

We offer cement autoclave, which consists of a welded steel cylinder with bolted cover mounted on a sturdy supporting frame and enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing. These are suitable for conducting accelerated soundness tests on cements or the autoclave expansion test requiring constant steam pressure with the correspondent constant pressure. Further, our range consists of a stainless steel cylinder with a welded heat insulated voer, mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing, attractively finished. The attached control unit encloses a sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating units.

We manufacture autoclaves which have a double walled fabrication using stainless steel of grade 304. We use argon welding to ensure strong construction which also includes chamber & jacket of 18 SWG.
