It is single or multi-chain type conveyor which is more suitable for heavy loads, assemblies & components. Heavy loads with pallets can be used for shipment. It is a versatile conveyor for assembly, washing, loading and conveying lines. The user industries are automobiles, engineering, bulk handling & allied industries.

The machine shall be fitted with series of different rollers. Initially about 16 nylon bristle rollers shall be fitted. On the top of these rollers shall be fitted sprinkle nozzles.First the fruits shall come in contact with cleansing chemical. This shall be sprayed on the fruits with the help of a suitable pump.
As the fruits travel further, the same shall come in contact with a heavy water jets spray. The purpose of this water spray shall be to remove the cleasing chemical from the surface of the fruits.
Next fruits shall come in contact with sponge rollers. The purpose of these sponge rollers shall be to remove / soak the water from the surface of the fruts. Under each sponge roller shall be fitted, an idler roller with scrapper. These idler roller shall be exerting the upward pressure on each sponge roller. The main body of the Treatment Unit shall be in rectangular shape made out of SS, which would be provided with overflow connection, drain connection, water inlet connection, steam injection and air connection etc.
The product is moved on a modular conveyor belt made out of food grade PVC. The Treatment Unit shall be horizontal conveyor type fitted with the cold water perforated trays over the modular belt. The purpose of spraying the cold water over the sliced vegetables or pea grains is to cool down the product upto room temperature. For the recirculation of water a SS /PP pump shall be fitted with the machine. The Treatment Unit is filled with treated water. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted so as to regulate the residence time for different products as applicable.
