Flame rod sensor we offer is accurate in sensing flame in Gas fired burners using flame detection & rectification technique. The Amplifier fitted provides a voltage for Flame Electrode and the flame electrode is immersed in flame to be sensed. Thus the current is generated by the flow of electrons is detected by the controller for presence of flame. The sensor senses the burning flame and is insensitive to visible light and refractory glows.
Our range of load cell amplifier is a precision amplifier used for conditioning of the millivolt output from a Load Cell. It can be given as an input to the microprocessor based interface unit. Alternately, the output can also be given to the analog input module of the PLC or DCS system in the form of standard 0 – 10 V DC or 4 – 20 mA DC signal. In addition, the unit has a built in 10 Volts precision reference generator, which is used for excitation of the load cell. These units are extremely stable and accurate for long term measurement applications and can also calibrated to suit the load cell response characteristics so that maximum sensitivity is available in measurement range.

The front panel of the amplifier indicates SUPPLY ON and with turn 'on' as soon as the supply is given.
