We produce and supply alnico magnets, ferrite and rare earth, which are powerful permanent magnets. Available in various shapes like Rings, Rectangular, Rubber Sheets, Strips, NdFeB Magnets etc. they are fabricated from premium quality aluminium nickel, cobalt, copper iron. These magnets are practically free from self-demagnetization.

These alnico magnets have excellent temperature stability coupled with high residual induction. High energies characterize alnico magnets that are primarily composed of alloys of aluminum, nickel and cobalt. The alnico magnetss are manufactured through two different processes like casting or sintering. The cast magnets can be manufactured in different complex shapes like horseshoes, which is not possible with other magnet materials. On the other hand sintered alnico offer comparatively lower magnetic properties but better mechanical characteristics than cast alnicos. One of the most commonly used of all cast alnicos is cast alnico 5, which is extensively used for various applications like rotating machinery, meters, instruments, sensing devices, and holding applications, to name a few.
Machining or drilling cannot be accomplished by ordinary methods as alnico is hard and brittle material. The holes are cored in at the foundry and the magnets are cast close to final size before more...

We are engaged in manufacturing Alnico Magnets by using aluminum, nickel, cobalt, copper, iron and sometimes titanium. These alnico magnets can be either cast or sintered and are available at market leading prices.
Cast Alnico:
Cast Alnico is melted and poured into a mold for solidifying. Once solidified, the material is rough ground and then heat-treated and cooled, sometimes in a magnetic field. The magnet is called anisotropic when it is treated in the presence of a magnetic field.
The material is oriented by this to take on maximum magnetization and allows a higher gauss level. Whereas, the cast magnet that is not heat-treated in a magnetic field is called Isotropic. The material can be ground to specific tolerances and then magnetized after heat treatment and cooling
Sintered Alnico:
Sintered Alnico is made from a powdered mixture of ingredients which are pressed into a die under tons of pressure, sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere and then cooled more...
