We manufacture solenoid valves which is an electromechanical valve for use with liquid or gas controlled by running or stopping an electrical current through a solenoid, which is a coil of wire, thus changing the state of the valve. The operation of solenoid valves is similar to that of a light switch, but typically controls the flow of air or water, whereas a light switch typically controls the flow of electricity. Solenoid valves may have two or more ports: in the case of a two-port valve the flow is switched on or off; in the case of a three-port valve, the outflow is switched between the two outlet ports. Solenoid valves are the most frequently used control elements in fluidics. Their tasks are to shut off, release, dose, distribute or mix fluids.
Air starting valve provides a smooth pressure transition gradient from atmosphere to vacuum. A small .062-inch diameter adjustable aperture is activated independently from the main valve opening. Regulation of air flow through the bypass valve is made using an adjustment screw and observing the pressure change. Once the correct setting has been empirically determined, the adjustment screw is held in place with a knurled lock nut to assure consistent and repetitive air flow. The air start is activated first through a solenoid valve. Once the chamber pressure has reached a predetermined level, a set point on a controller may be used to activate a separate solenoid valve for the major valve opening.
These are constructed keeping in mind the requirements for control delivery or discharge of powders or palletized products to and from hoppers, bag filters and centrifugal separators. They have a strong and compact construction that makes them simpler to access the internal working parts. Material: 1. Housing and side plates in cast stainless steel/cast aluminum or cast iron construction. 2. Rotor shaft in stainless steel/mild steel. 3. Gear motor support made of M.S. 4. Chain drive with M.S. guard.
