We, at Badrin Industries, manufacture and export air heat
exchanger, both in steam and hot oil heated medium. Air heat exchangers have
smooth finned tube in which more fins per inch can be integrated in the entire
tube length so that combination of low friction air loses/high air velocity and
maximum heat transfer per square feet of face area results in high heating or
cooling capacity of heat exchanger in a given space. These heat exchangers are
light in weight. Our developed air heat exchangers are easy to handle and saves
fuel that results in reduction in number of tubes for given B.T.U., transfer per
area. Another advantage of these heat exchangers is that these require less
power to deliver the required C.F.M because of lower air resistance.

Designing and developing a précise range of film flow type heat exchangers, we assure heat sensitive, viscous flowing at low flow rate and low pressure is allowed while cooling, heating or evaporating.
We have 2 versions simple and improved possessing individual features of their own. The simple version comprises of falling film exchangers allowing the film flow manner inside the tubes mostly in laminar region using feed distributors thus results into a limited heat transfer coefficient.
The improvised version agitates using the close tolerance rotor or wiper system which results in moderate high heat transfer coefficient. This leads into the area of transfer, homogenous temperature profile and concentration inside the film and improves the quality of the product.

The range of CAWC coolers that we are offering are widely used to cool the windings of a closed air circuit of AC or DC machine. In this type of cooler the air flow may be through the fan mounted in the machine. The cooling of hot air is accomplished by circulating it through a nest of finned tubes.
