Our range of micro clean range of pre-filters are designed to remove particles down to 3, 5 and 10 microns in diameter from air/gas streams with an efficiency of 95% when tested as per British standard 2831 using Test Dust No. 11. These are known for featuring high performance and high filtration efficiency.
Air Washer Filters are design considering all heat load in the department and required RH can be maintained with air washer system. The supply and return air system is design considering the heat load in the department to maintain uniform condition throughout the department. The filters is designed in such a manner that whole department is maintained with positive pressure which leads to the better elimination of fly an dust from the department. Return air filters is also designed with return air grill and slit arrangement with specific negative pressure which cleaners the department as well as take out the heat produced by the motors effectively. All necessary parts are provided for either front access or side access and once the internal dimensions have been provided to AAC Eurovent Lt only hand-tools and labor are required by the AHU manufacture.

Our array of CFI all metallic viscous filters are made from 5 layers of G.I. wire mesh interspersed with 2 crimped layers and 3 flat layers. The media is used in the expanded metal from both the sides as reinforcement and fitted in 50 mm metal frame. The filter media ensures maximum filtration area resulting in nominal differential pressure and high dust holding capacity. The filter is required to be impregnated with oil before use.
