Construction

Double
wall construction, interior fabricated of stainless steel(S.S.304).
Exterior of corrosion resistant galvanized sheet, finished in powder
coated epoxy paint. Full size glass inner door to inspect samples
without affecting the chamber temp. Outer double walled metal door
with magnetic gasket and lock. Unit mounted on castor wheels for easy
movement.
Insulation
:
70mm
polyurethene insulation (PUF) to ensure better insulation and less
leakage of temperature or RH from inner body to the surroundings.
Air
Circulation :
Temperature
is maintained by a quiet running blower circulation air through out
the chamber. Forced air circulated vertically down and re circulated
through out the chamber for uniform temperature and humidity.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION-AIR RECIRCULATION OVENS
The heat exchanger is located within the oven carcase, normally at high level, adjacent to the recirculating fan. The fan forces air from the heat exchanger down through the in-built side ducts and discharges into the hot zone of the oven. This air then rises and is collected at high level by a return air duct system which passes the air back to the heat exchanger and the recirculating fan.
OVEN CONSTRUCTION
The oven is designed to be free standing and is normally delivered completely assembled.
A fully welded fram forms the basis of the unit with soft tape seals attached to ensure air tightness with the external insulated panels.
OVEN TOP
In the top of the oven; the fan, heat exchanger, natural vent stack and air replacement louvre are fitted to the internal frame.
Unless otherwise specified, the natural vent stack terminates with a suitable size blast gate. more...
