The "SHRI KANHAIYALAL RAMRATAN" Disc Plough is directly mounted to the tractors. It is hydraulically operated basic implement for the preparation of land. Disc plough is available in basic 2-disc, 3-disc, 4-disc, 5-disc & 6-disc version with kit for converting it to 4 disc plough. Disc plough is especially useful in hard and dry trashy, stumply land conditions and in soils where scouring is a major problem. heavy-duty pipe frame has high trash clearance allowing the plough to operate under heavy crop residual. being fully mounted and comparatively lighter in weight, results lighter draft as compared to equivalent trailed plough where more power is required to operate and consequently higher operation costs.

The Shri Kanhaiyalal Ramratan "Bund Maker" consists of mild steel angle iron frame; hitch system, and two discs. It is used for making irrigation banks of up to 500 - 600 mm height and 600 - 800 mm width for effective control of flood irrigation or bunds of the size and shape to match crop and soil conditions. It makes bunds for efficient use of irrigation water.
The Discs are adjustable along the frame to vary bund width and height. Even the Disc angle is adjustable.
Reversible cultivator shovels are the components which actually penetrate the soil for the purpose of tilling they may either be press forged or close die forged from spring steel flat of required size (58 mm X 8mm- commonly used size) thereafter these are heat treated to give adequate hardness, wear resistance and ability to withstand impact loading.
