CNSL resin is thermosetting as well as binding resin which are in wide demand for brake lining together. These act as a good binding agent as it provides the requisite characteristics of a straight phenolic nature. These offers much flexibility, good thermal stability and higher impact resistance which cause the decrease in the co-efficient of friction. These are widely used for manufacture of asbestos and non-asbestos brake lining, disc pads and railway brake blocks.
We produce Cashew Nut Shell Liquid Resin which is a penolic resin base used to produce many penolic products, friction dust, red oxide, paint base, drying agents etc. This resin also has good thermal stability and higher impact resistance. It is also easily affordable and widely demanded in the global markets.
These Ketonic Resins offered by us are ideal for touching up works which have been varnished or finished with traditional natural resins. Ketonic Resins liquefy readily in alcohol, Ketones ester and in low chlorinated hydrocarbons. It is neutral, light in color and inert to saponification.
