washing machines, refrigerator etc. require to be free from dust.
Thus these appliance components should not attract any dust particles
owing to accumulation of static charges. We offer a special grade of
anti-static masterbatches for the above application. These master
batches are developed using carefully selected anti-static agents,
that slightly induce the conductivity to the components thus
eliminating static charges without affecting aesthetics of the
components including charity, etc.

eliminate molded 'n' stresses, warpage, better mold filling with

These
slip masterbatches are manufactured using additive from fatty acid
amide group. We provide 2 types of Masterbatches for this application
based on the migration characteristics.
Slip
Masterbatches are manufactured on fast migration characteristic
additives to get immediate lowering of co-efficient of friction is
required. Apart from this, masterbatches are also available on slow
migration characteristics of the additive. The concentration of these
slip masterbatches depends upon polymer type and degree of COF
required.

WHAT IS MASTERBATCH?
Masterbatch is a concentrate of colorants or additives properly dispersed into a carrier polymer, which is then blended into the natural polymer to be coloured or modified. In simple words, masterbatch is a concentrated blend of pigment, additives, filler, etc. in a base polymer.
K colours are the result of true colour technology. K colours series of Masterbatches comprises of organic and inorganic pigments in polyolefin, styrenic and universal carriers. The selection is based on the requirements of filterability, heat resistance, pigment dispersion and distribution.

Electrical charges can form on the surface of plastic products during mold release, the winding of film and transportation of components. The accumulation of this surface charge can have serious consequences. Electro static discharge can cause fire or explosions and damage to sensitive electrical components. Conductive antistatic master batches can increase problems with the handling of goods and cause unattractive dust buildup on clear plastic articles. Addition levels vary from 3-5% higher levels may be needed in more crystalline polymers such as HDPE. A higher addition level increases the migration rate to surface, resulting in better initial performance.
