We are a recognized name offering a range of sand filter systems, which are extensively used to produce effluent that is low in suspended solids. Its filtration process consists of passing water effluent through filter medium that strain out colloidal particles such as fine sand, anthracite, earth particles or filter fabric. The activated Carbon Filter are used for removing free chlorine, phenol, taste and odor and reduction COD/BOD. These are specially designed filters made from mild still/FRP closed vessel incorporating frontal piping fitted with valves and are operated under pressure. The water passes through the under bed media & granular activated carbon layer. These filters have a back flushing arrangement, which easily flushes away the deposited impurity at carbon granules.

The MCF process involves the screening of raw water through retention of micro particles & micro organisms on spongy porous surface. MCF reduces the number of unit processes for clarification. Water distillers produce highly treated and disinfected water for laboratory usage. The distillation process removes minerals and microbiological contaminants and can reduce levels of chemical contaminants. Water distillers are neither intended to treat water that is visually contaminated nor intended to convert waste water to safe, micro biologically. Working Principle A water distiller works by boiling water into water vapour, condensing it and then returning it to its liquid state. It is collected in a storage container. The process occurs in several steps:


* Municipal or well water is manually or automatically fed into the distiller unit’s boiling chamber.
* A heating element in the boiling chamber heats the water until it boils.

De-mineralization is the process of removing the mineral salts from water by ion-exchange. Impurities that remains dissolved in water dissociate to form positive and negative charged particles known as ions. These impurities or compounds are called electrolytes.

Generally, all natural water has electrolytes in varying concentrations. An ion-exchange vessel holds ion-exchange resin of the required type through which water is allowed to pass. The selective ions in the water are exchanged with ions or radicals loosely held by the resin. In this way, the water is passed through several vessels or a mixed bed vessel so that both positive and negative ions are removed and water is de-mineralized.
