Hot Air Generator is a diesel/LPG or wood fired system which produces Hot air directly through indirect heating. The flue gases from fuel burning do not come in contact with fresh air which is being heated and consequently the hot air generated is free from any odour, carbon particles or soot. This hot air can be fed directly to existing tumblers, dryers, chambers or whenever hot air is desired. The hot air generated is free from moisture and can attain a temperature of upto 250°C. In most of the cases, the savings are in the range of 65-70% over Electrical or steam heated systems.

The hot swirling combustion air in the pressure jet burner mixes with fuel oil mist in an efficient air-fuel mixing device and produces a flame at super combustion efficiency giving smokeless combustion.
