Hot Stamping holograms are very commonly used nowadays and is a Advanced technology where the Holographic strips are hot stamped on surfaces like Paper, PVC, Plastic, Film etc. This kind of Technology is ideally suitable for applications where the quantities are very very huge and Manual Applications of Holograms is not possible. We can Provide Customized Hot stamping solutions as per the Customers requirement. Once the Holographic Image is transferred on the base it cannot be removed. It is like a Permanent Impression.
Holographic Hot Stamping Foil enables our clients to transfer any holographic image to the substrate using hot stamping machine. This solve the problem of getting exact logos or images on various surfaces like documents, cards, tax labels, letter heads, etc. The impression or images of the hologram are embossed on lacquered, mattalized polyester film and then a special hot melt coating is applied in the foil. Our gamut of water based PVC & phthalate free inks are widely known for having good storage stability and excellent wet-on-wet printing characteristics. It is water based eco-friendly and water based inks used for printing on modern automatic printing machines without chocking of the screens.
Holographic Strip
The impression/ images of the hologram are embossed on lacquered (tamper evident coating), mettalized polyester film and then a special heat activated adhesive coating is provided in the foil which enables the user to laminate the holographic strip to the substrate using an attachment in the customer's existing lamination machine or using an automatic lamination machine.
Recommended for: Brand Protection, continuous Affixation etc.

Hot Stamping is a pollution-free dry printing process in which the colour pigment or metallic material layer is transferred from a continuous carrier film to the object to be decorated. The process uses controlled heat & pressure through a heated die to transfer the image from the foil to substrate like Paper, Plastic, Wood etc.
Besides the pigmented and metallic Foils, Hot Stamping Foils, Holographic Stamping Foils are also available not only to deter the counterfeiters but also to decorate the product.
