Scrap balers are used for reducing the scrap materials in two dimensions by using hydraulic force from two different angles. The bale density is slightly less than triple compression baler. The balers has one cylinder fixed in horizontal position.

Our hydraulic forming press has highly robust construction with eight point long slide guide for perfect guiding with centralize lubrication system, water cooled heat exchanger and PLC control. This is equipped with rubber tool bolster and is mainly used for making of aluminum and stainless steel products against rubber pads. Our hydraulic forming presses also features advance hydro electronic controls which gives better quality products with more production rate. Hydraulic forming press is available up to 4000 Ton Capacity as per the customer's requirements.

The production process of coke involves release of volatile matter from the coal that is produced in the form of gas and is burnt in oven to produce heat for carbonization. Further, the waste heat is set free to the atmosphere at a very high temperature level. The resultant steam can be used in the steam turbine for power generation at a very low cost. Thus, it saves the raw material or use of any other fossil fuel. Once, the process of carbonization gets over and the release of waste heat is utilized to generate steam. This energy assists in driving the turbine for power generation at very low cost.
