Plate Magnets
Vibromag plate magnets delivers optimum performance for tramp metal separation when, it is used above the flow chute or conveyor belt. When plate magnate is installed over the materials flow, it provides continuous magnetic protection for down stream processing equipment by lifting ferrous tramp out of the product flow stream. The magnate plate can be made of any shape and size.

We manufacture Candle Type Magnetic Separators suitable to handle fine ferrous dirt from large coolers. Latest technique is used to manufacture and fabricate these type of magnetic separators. An infinite length of belt carrying magnetic candles are dipped in the dirty coolant tank. It is dipped to an extent such that the coolant enters the core of the tank. The coolant is allowed to flow slowly over the magnetic candles leaving the ferrous dirt on its surface. The belt is then programmed to pull out the dirt laden candles and rotate them at the top to remove the dirt which is then transported to a bin outside the tank. This type of Separator is extremely useful in rolling, grinding, and wire drawing machines.

We offer Convergence Purity Magnet that is a magnetic beam adjusting device for use around the neck of an in-line type color picture tube and is composed of three pairs of plastic magnet rings. Each pair consisting of 2-pole, 4-pole and 6-pole plastic magnet rings. We present reliable impulse demagnetizer which demagnetizes the magnets in a single shot. It operates on the principle of capacitive discharge. The unit is connected to matching coil which generates high amplitude decaying field. Since the stored energy is used in a single shot, the power consumed by the unit is extremely low. Typically, in one impulse it demagnetizes approx 50 magnets( 12x12x15mm). It operates at approx 20 times/minute and consumes approx .05 kwh units of power. Its coil does not require special water cooling.
