During Water Electrolysis Process of obtaining the hydrogen, the electrolyzer avoids the shortage of voltage. The improved sealing washer isolates hydrogen from oxygen that is used for many purposes. In this way, the separator, synthesizer, filter, cooler, cycling pump, tubes and valves are mounted on a skid for easy installation and transportation for smooth process. This technique generates hydrogen gas through electrolysis along with gas boosters and de-oxo units. When water is charged with electrical current, the electrolysis dissociates the elements of water (oxygen and hydrogen). In this connection, the amount of power consumed by these plants is 4.5 KW (per cubic meter of hydrogen). Finally, the hydrogen obtained is collected in a hydrogen gas holder that is kept for further processing.
