Hot Stamping is a pollution-free dry printing process in which the colour pigment or metallic material layer is transferred from a continuous carrier film to the object to be decorated. The process uses controlled heat & pressure through a heated die to transfer the image from the foil to substrate like Paper, Plastic, Wood etc.
Besides the pigmented and metallic Foils, Holographic Stamping Foils are also available not only to deter the counterfeiters but also to decorate the product.
Both stock and custom designed holographic foils are available.

Modular equipment for hot transfer, hot stamping foil die-cut, slitting in rolls and sheeting. Designed specifically to integrate the range of holographic equipment, this machine can be used either one function at a time or in a combination of some or all of the above functions together on-line. This can be done roll to roll or roll to sheet.
In particular, it has been designed for the application of stamping foil holograms onto paper or plastic which can then be processed and cut into sheet form. Alternatively, starting with self-adhesive material in roll form, it is possible to die-cut the holographic image and then cut into sheets or smaller rolls by means of two independent slitting units.
Hot Transfer Process
The material, onto which the transfer is to be made, is loaded in roll form at station 1 and from here it is carried under station 2 for perforations for continuous stationery if required.
