Technically precise range of hydraulic die loaders that are robust in construct and deliver enhanced performance. These are used for loading and unloading dies, Press Tools of varying weight & size. We make hydraulic die loaders of different models and load capacity varying from 300 kgs to 2000 kgs. The die laoder can be with revoiving & fixed wheels, hydraulic hand pump or power pack operated. The height of these loaders varies from 1000 mm to 3000 mm.
inclined vibro grizzly feeders are applied for both primary as well as secondary crushing stations. These feeders are used to regulate the feeding of the jaw/cone crusher, which enables smooth run of the crusher with high production rate. The Vibro feeders with Grizzly sections control the feed rate to the crusher by removing unnecessary material & bypassing the smaller material to the crusher for maximizing crushing capacity. Barrel trolley are used for the movement of barrels from a place to other. For the ease of the operator these barrel trolley are provided with wheels, so that heavy loads can be easily transported. These barrel trolley make use of ball bearing system. The moving wheel contains a 6205 ball bearing with a ‘D’ type handle.

OPERATION :
The Bin Activator designed by us consists of a conical shape discharge zone that is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed with the help of a special flexible rubber sleeve. The material is made to flow normally through the opening provided at the discharge point with the help of one Unbalance Vibrator motor that is fixed on one side.
