Offering a range of machined components, we manufacture precision parts using CI and SG iron as raw material. These machined components are polished and painted with proper machines and are used in various industries.

This precision machined component is used in the drive mechanism of traction motors for Indian Railways. All the manufacturing and inspection procedures are formulated after a lot of thought process. The material used in manufacturing of this precision component is S355J2G3. Its surface finish requirements and paint requirements are very close and specific. These precision turned components are produced in CNC vertical turning lathes and then subsequent operations are carried out on fourth axis CNC Vertical machining centre to take care of all the geometrical, dimensional and relational parameters and accuracies. These parts are inspected on Co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) so as even the minutest of error is not passed on to the customer.
